Catie Cullison, AICP
At PBR HAWAII, Ms. Cullison is involved in a wide variety of planning projects. Her responsibilities include preparing natural resource and outdoor recreation plans and federal and state environmental compliance documents.
Currently Catie assists a number of private, county, and state clients with documenting compliance with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, and Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act. Her recent environmental and outdoor recreation studies include the 2015 Statewide Outdoor Recreation Plan; development of a guidance document and associated training for agency review of stormwater impacts; supporting a site selection process for a National Estuarine Research Reserve for the State Office of Planning; a Statewide Inventory of Stream Channel Alterations; and a natural resource management study for Kamehameha Schools. Current outdoor recreation projects include teaming with PBR HAWAII’s landscape architects on the master plan and environmental documents for Thomas Square Park and the Hawai‘i Community Development Authority’s Kaka‘ako Makai Parks.
