Ms. Chang focuses on creating, analyzing, and visualizing spatial and statistical data for a wide range of planning applications. Her work expands opportunities to engage with clients and communities using online mapping technologies and story-telling platforms. Her experience with geographic information system (GIS) applications also include land planning and environmental impact analysis. At PBR HAWAII, her roles have ranged from overall project management to data analysis, mapping, report writing, and community outreach.
Her recent experiences includes conducting a feasibility study for an on-site composting facility at University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa; developing an online engagement platform for State Parks’ proposed improvements to the Diamond Head State Monument; supporting the Office of Planning (State of Hawaiʻi) in their efforts to design a visioning and outreach process for the possible redevelopment of State lands in Kalihi.
