Project Director

Ms. Bouslog has over 20 years of experience in land use entitlement, market and economic assessment, and strategic planning for large or complex developments and land holdings in Hawai‘i and around the Pacific. Her notable projects include serving as development manager for Forest City Hawaii’s $770 million Kamakana Villages development and for its 19-megawatt proposed solar farm; preparation of market and/or economic assessments for many of Hawai‘i’s most prominent resort and community developments including Mauna Lani Resort, Waikoloa Beach Resort, Hualālai, Kukui‘ula, Ko‘ele and Manele, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Kapolei West and Ho‘opili; a strategic development plan for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands' holdings in Kalaeloa; an economic and fiscal impact assessment for the Hawai’i Convention Center; and market feasibility assessments for 400- and 2,000-hecatre proposed city extensions for Penang, Malaysia and Nagoya, Japan respectively.

As Project Director at PBR HAWAII, Ms. Bouslog is involved in a wide variety of planning initiatives, including assisting with planning for Mauna Kea Beach Resort and preparation of a Special Management Area (SMA) permit application, and assisting with infrastructure improvements planned by Parker Ranch in the Waimea Town Center and preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA).
