During the 2015 legislative session, the Hawai‘i State Senate passed Senate Bill 1345 (SB 1345), which requires the Department of Education (DOE) to develop a transition plan to end the use of multi-track schedules in public schools and report to the legislature regarding the plan and any proposed legislation. PBR HAWAII was contracted by DOE to produce a report to the 2016 Legislature, including developing conceptual site plans for the expansion of the campus facilities.
