Kapi‘olani Community College’s Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head

PBR HAWAII provided planning services for Kapi‘olani Community College’s Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head and specifically: 1) provided planning support during the conceptual design phase; 2) prepared a final environmental assessment which received a finding of no significant impact (FONSI); and 3) obtained land use approvals through the City and County of Honolulu including a Special Management Area Use Permit, Plan Review Use Permit, and Diamond Head Special Design District Permit.
