PBR HAWAII prepared an Agricultural Feasibility Study for Marconi Mauka Lands in Kahuku, O‘ahu. Diversified Agricultural Promotions, LLC proposes to subdivide the approximately 250-acre property into 8 lots, of which 7 will be agricultural lots ranging in size from 5 to 90 acres for diversified agricultural use. The purpose of the Agricultural Feasibility Study is to demonstrate that Marconi Mauka Lands will provide feasible agricultural use for lot purchasers or tenants. Continued agricultural activities for the subdivided lots would include horse pasture, cattle grazing, ornamental nurseries, vegetable crops, and fruit orchards.
