PBR HAWAII provided full landscape architectural services from conceptual landscape plans through construction documents for the Mililani Town Center shopping center, including the interior mall, mall entries, and vehicular entry landscapes. The mall is focused around the center court area, the design of which will include a performance space, covered seating and gathering lawn. The scope includes full rendered plans, conceptual development construction documentation, bidding, and construction oversight.
