Polanui Gardens is a proposed workforce housing community in West Maui consisting of 50 workforce homes for individuals and families making 80 percent to 140 percent of Maui County’s median family income, 16 small farm-lots (minimum one acre) to be sold at fair market value, a community serving lot, one neighborhood recreational park and two agricultural parks. The total community area consists of approximately 54.5 acres. PBR HAWAII created a master plan and landscape master plan for the community, and is assisting the developer with the application and certain exemptions as provided under Section 201H-38, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes.
