Project Manager
Ms. Dean has experience with environmental and infrastructure planning projects including management plans, development plans, and environmental impact statements. Her responsibilities include data collection and analysis, mapping, and report writing. During her graduate studies, she was involved with several federally funded research projects focused on climate change adaptation and water and wastewater infrastructure planning. Currently, she is assisting with a variety of projects including a management plan for the DLNR Ka‘iwa Ridge Trail, an environmental assessment (EA) for the Agribusiness Development Corporation Whitmore Community Food Hub, and a number of environmental review records for development projects for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.
