PBR HAWAII provided full landscape architectural services from conceptual landscape plans through construction for the Ka Makana Ali‘i Shopping Center Phase 1 (approximate 13 acres), including the interior mall, mall entries, and parking lot landscape. The mall is focused around the center court area, the design of which is inspired by the navigational history of the area and includes a performance space, water features, palm grove and gathering lawn. The scope included full rendered plans, conceptual development construction documentation, bidding, and construction services.
