Ko Olina Beach Villas

PBR HAWAII provided site planning and landscape architectural design for the Ko Olina Beach Villas 7.4 acre project site. PBR HAWAII played a key role in working with the Owner and the project design team in creating a relaxing outdoor environment for Beach Villa residents. PBR HAWAII was the responsible design architect for all exterior landscape and hardscape elements including; the glass tiled lap pool, family pools, keiki pool, pool deck areas, koi pond gardens and other site garden areas. The selection of tropical Hawaiian and exotic landscape plantings and use of natural materials reinforce the leisurely resort lifestyle available at Ko Olina Beach Villas.
