PBR HAWAII redesigned the North Tipalao Housing Complex, Naval housing facility in Guam. The Housing Complex comprises 326 residential units on approximately 50 acres. Replacing the existing housing and landscape was the primary task of the design team. The existing complex required significant improvements in function and form as seasonal typhoons wreak havoc on the buildings and terrain and destroy the landscaping within the complex.
