Mauna Kea Resort – Uplands Parcels D and E

PBR HAWAII is providing land planning, landscape architecture and related entitlement services for the two parcels located at Mauna Kea Resort – Uplands Parcels D and E. PBR HAWAII has prepared a master plan and consulted with the client and client’s civil engineer to refine the master plan to include the conceptual grading plan for the building layout of the multi-family parcels.  The conceptual landscape plan will be prepared for the common area to provide a cohesive theme to the project.
