Dr. Carson selected PBR HAWAII to provide planning services in support of a Use Variance for the Carson Office Building in Kāne‘ohe. The Use Variance Application was sought to increase the marketability of the property from strictly a medical clinic facility, to a more general office type facility. The project did not involve any renovations or alterations to the existing facilities, rather the focus was solely on permitted uses within the structure.
