PBR HAWAII provided planning services for Ho‘opili (a 1,600-acre, 11,750 residential unit project) between 2005 and 2012 and specifically provided: 1) planning support to the Ho‘opili Community Task Force; 2) an approved Final Environmental Impact Statement; 3) expert witness testimony for a petition to amend the State Land Use District Boundary; and 4) planning support for the City’s East Kapolei Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Neighborhood Plan. Two transit stations are planned for Ho‘opili, and when completed Ho‘opili would be the largest “greenfield” in the State.
