PBR HAWAII is providing landscape architectural services for Kaiser Permanente Kapolei Medical Office. The site is a 40,000 square foot lot in Kapolei located at the corner of Kamokila Boulevard and Kapolei Parkway. PBR HAWAII’s design proposes to achieve LEED Gold with Low Impact Design (LID) measures, provide shade trees to reduce heat island effect, and incorporate a non-potable irrigation system.
