PBR HAWAII worked with Kamehameha Schools and Kamehameha Investment Corporation (KIC) in re-evaluating its vision for lands in Keauhou-Kahalu‘u on the Island of Hawai‘i. PBR HAWAII facilitated several planning sessions with KS trustees and KIC Board Members and over the course of these meetings developed a new Keauhou-Kahalu‘u Strategic Plan. This strategic plan envisions a new beginning for Keauhou-Kahulu‘u, where education, culture, environment, economics and sustainability are interwoven into the fabric of this diverse community moving forward.
Through the formulation and refinement of the Keauhou-Kahalu‘u Strategic Plan, PBR HAWAII worked closely with KS and KIC staff to ensure that future supporting plans build upon previous work at Keauhou-Kahalu‘u. Our work there included:

• Kahalu‘u Manowai – Cultural Education Center Conceptual Plan
