Target located in Kapolei Commons on the west side of O‘ahu is the first center of its kind with a dramatic main street-style design. PBR HAWAII’s landscape design created a great gathering place with its tropical landscape of both native and ornamental plant species, abundant outdoor seating and wide pedestrian-friendly walkways welcoming both residence and visitors.
