In 2015 Turtle Bay Resort on the north shore of O‘ahu, entered into an historic conservation easement preserving 663 acres of resort zoned, coastal lands as open space in perpetuity, effectively removing 2,775 units from future development. Turtle Bay Resort is now proceeding with the planning for the development of its remaining 725 units in the interest of minimizing environmental impacts and maximizing employment and recreational opportunities. PBR HAWAII is providing the executive development team and design consultants with ongoing cultural and community in-reach and outreach support including, but not limited to participating in design charrettes, community outreach planning, and overall coordination of consultant services to support the execution of its Master Communications Strategic Plan.
