Landscape Designer
Ms. Fulghum joined PBR HAWAII in 2022 and is currently assisting the landscape architectural team with her skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Computer Aided Drafting Design (AutoCAD), and LandF/X. She enjoys creating illustrative site plans, renderings, and planning and conducting community engagement for both small and large scale projects.
Prior to PBR HAWAII, she worked for the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Community Design Center (UHCDC) assisting on various projects through research, site analysis, programming, site design, building design, and production of both physical and digital representations of design work. Some of her favorite projects that she had the privilege of working on were the Proof of Concept Study for Wahiawā Civic Center, The Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor Vision Report, and College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) Student Lounge. She also worked as a teaching assistant at the School of Architecture at UH Mānoa and as a graduate assistant for the Kūʻokoʻa Certificate in ʻĀina Based Leadership through the Kamakakūokalani Center for Hawaiian Studies.
Ms. Fulghum aspires to design landscapes that highlight cultures, histories, and identity, with an emphasis on stewardship and conservation.
